Is Fractional In-House Counsel Right for You?

At some point, every small business owner will need to seek legal advice. It could be as small as help with negotiating a contract or drafting a waiver or something major like representation through a lawsuit.

At Lonzo Law, we focus on counseling small and midsized businesses and family entertainment centers by guiding them through their contracts, employment law questions, risk management, and more. We are aware of the barriers that exist to finding and hiring quality legal assistance as you grow your small business.  So in response, we created our fractional in-house counsel program.  The fractional in-house program provides all of the perks of having an attorney on your payroll, without the high costs.

How does our fractional in-house attorney program work?

When you partner with Lonzo Law, you’ll have immediate access to licensed professionals who can answer your legal questions at any time. Our services include everything you need to start your business, growing your business, and maintaining your business.

As you start out, we can handle your filing with the state and federal authorities, create investor documents, develop your operating agreements or partnership agreements.

As you grow, we are able to assist you with a variety of legal support so that you don’t have to question if you’re making the right decision on your own.  Below is just a snapshot of how we currently support our clients:

  • Contract Review
  • Employment Issues
  • Lease Review
  • Property Damage Disputes
  • Risk Management Inspections
  • Vendor Agreements
  • Waivers

How do you know you can depend on Lonzo Law?

With our fractional in-house counsel program, you can always rely on our team to help grow, protect, and maintain your business.

We are also business owners just like you. We understand the challenges, decisions, and demands that you face daily. As your fractional in-house counsel, we can serve as a reliable sounding board for new ideas by offering our legal insight and business ownership experience.

Will you be billed every time you contact the Lonzo Law team?

The purpose of the fractional in-house counsel program is to not only be a counselor to guide you through legal concerns, but to also be a partner in your current and future success. You shouldn’t hesitate to contact us with quick questions and worry about receiving a bill later. We focus more on supporting you than watching the clock. Our friendly and approachable environment gives you a space to share your concerns and relieve struggles for any problem that is directly or indirectly related to your legal issues.

What is the cost of fractional in-house counsel?

Our services start at just $300 per month, allowing you a cost-effective way to remain proactive with your legal needs.

At large law firms, you may be required to pay an initial retainer payment based on how many hours they estimate your case may take. The average retainers will range between $3,000 and $10,000 based on your legal needs and the firm.

At Lonzo Law, we don’t believe in taking a retainer payment.  Our fractional in-house counsel program only requires low monthly payments on an annual contract – providing a program designed to give you the ability to confidently budget your legal expenses for the year and to be in control of your funds.

Why is the fractional in-house counsel program right for you?

We have designed this program to give small and mid-sized businesses the legal support that large corporations have, but for a fraction of the price. It is a program designed to give you direct access to a dedicated team of legal professionals; while also providing you the financial flexibility to continue to run and grow your business.

Don’t be another business owner who chooses not to hire an attorney because they don’t think they can afford quality legal services.
